Outdoors and Pool
The villa is surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden of approximately 1 hectare. At the back of the garden is the in-ground pool, partly oval and partly rectangular in shape, with Roman steps and salt chlorination. It measures 12 x 5 meters and has a depth of 1.50 meters. The surrounding solarium area is equipped with two umbrellas, sun loungers, deckchairs, an outdoor seating area, a brick barbecue, a table and chairs for all guests, and trees for shade. Here, immersed in nature and in complete privacy, guests can enjoy a splendid view of the Umbrian hills. Near the villa's main entrance is a large porch equipped with a table and chairs for the entire group. A large pine garden to the side provides shade and coolness even on the hottest days. All outdoor areas are well-maintained and well-kept. A manual gate leads to the property, where private parking is available.

Interior
The villa (approximately 350 square meters), renovated while preserving its rustic charm, is spread over two floors and equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to ensure maximum comfort for its guests. The ground floor opens onto a large dining room that can accommodate the entire group and has direct access to the porch equipped for al fresco dining and an open-plan living room furnished with sofas, satellite TV, and a fireplace. Connected to the dining room is the eat-in kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, a four-burner stovetop, a mini-oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher. It also has direct access to the rear of the villa, near the pool. Also on the ground floor, to the right of the main entrance, is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and access to the garage, which features a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. A fitness area with six pieces of equipment (two exercise bikes, two steppers, and two benches) is also available for working out while on vacation. From the main entrance, an internal staircase leads to the first floor, featuring a living room with sofas, satellite TV, and access to a partially covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs. There are also three double bedrooms (two of them with balconies) with private bathrooms, of which two with bathtubs and one with shower, and a double bedroom with a balcony.

Villa Tre Laghi is nestled in the countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, framed by centuries-old olive and pine trees that offer peace and tranquility. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views of the countryside and nearby lakes, making it an ideal place for relaxing walks. It is particularly suitable for anyone seeking a holiday dedicated to relaxation, nature, and sports.

Important Information
The pool is open from May 1 to September 30. One pet is allowed for a fee of €50 per reservation. Cooking in the fireplace is not permitted. Access to the villa is via a 500-meter unpaved road, some of which is slightly uphill. Arrivals are expected between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM (a surcharge of €50 applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM and before midnight). Any arrivals outside of 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM must be arranged in advance.

Villa Tre Laghi, so called because it is located between Lake Trasimeno, Lake Chiusi, and the Lake Montepulciano nature reserve, is located in Villastrada, a charming hilltop village in the Umbrian countryside in the municipality of Castiglione del Lago, renowned for its tranquility and panoramic landscapes. Castiglione del Lago, listed as one of "The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy" thanks to its remarkable artistic and cultural heritage, is located in northwestern Umbria. The village boasts some must-see gems, including the historic center, the Rocca del Leone, Palazzo della Corgna, and the Church of San Domenico. The villa is also an ideal starting point for exploring the many historic towns in the surrounding area, such as Cortona, Chiusi, Montepulciano, or the incredible Cretan countryside, which can be reached in less than an hour by car. Just a few kilometers away is Lake Trasimeno, the largest lake in central Italy, surrounded by breathtaking natural landscapes, ancient villages, and historic homes.
