Autour de la villa se trouve le jardin très bien soigné d’environ 400 m2, riche en fleurs et avec la typique pelouse “à l’anglaise” et en face, en position panoramique, se situe la piscine enterrée, de forme rectangulaire qui mesure 8x4 avec une profondeur de 1,20 mètres, autour de laquelle se développe l’aire solarium pavée, équipée de lits-soleil, chaise longue et douche externe; près de la piscine se trouve également un barbecue en pierre et un portique équipée avec table et chaises pour savourer un petit déjeuner avec vue piscine ou de délicieux diners en plein air. Toutes les aires externes sont bien entretenues et soignées. Par un portail automatique l’on accède à l’intérieur de la propriété où se trouve le parking privatif.

Interior
The villa of approximately 170 m2, has been recently renovated and embellished with modern finishes. It is spread over two floors and is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, mosquito nets and independent entrance to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests. We find the entrance by passing through a wide porch furnished with an outdoor sitting area, two comfortable deck chairs, a table with 6 chairs, located right in front of the pool. On the right of the entrance there is a kitchen with dining area, equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and on the left there is a dining room, a lounge with satellite TV, decorative fireplace and access to the outside, a bathroom with shower and dressing room with two sinks. Going up an internal staircase (16 steps) we access the first floor characterized by three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Position
Villa Mary is immersed in the famous Tuscan countryside among rolling hills of vineyards and olive groves halfway between Florence and Siena. It is the ideal place for all those who love a holiday of relaxation and nature. Excellent tranquility and privacy. Nice view of the surrounding hills.

Equipment
The villa is equipped with wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning in the bedrooms, electric heating, courtesy set in the bathrooms, mosquito nets, baby bed, high chair.

Services
The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas, electricity (but not air conditioning or heating), wi-fi internet, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, there is the possibility of domestic help, a chef and cooking courses.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Access to the villa via automatic gate. On the first floor there is an empty apartment. Arrival must take place between 5.00pm and 8.00pm (for arrivals after 8.00pm and before 12.00am a supplement of 50 euros will be paid on site). Any arrival outside the 5pm-8pm time slot must be agreed in advance.
