The farmhouse is characterized by a large (5,800 m2), beautiful, completely fenced and well kept garden, where the infinity heated pool of rectangular shape, measuring 11.90x5.22 with a maximum depth of 1.40 meters, is located, whose fence prevents access to small children. The equipped patio allows you to have lunch outdoors even in the mid-seasons. The terrace is also very practical for families as it allows parents to relax while keeping an eye on the children having fun in the pool.

Included in the price: cleaning service 3 hours a day, supply of bed linen, bathroom and kitchen with midweek change, pool towels, wi fi internet connection, consumption of water, gas, electricity, heating and air conditioning. Breakfast included in the price for reservations which last less than a week. Possibility of breakfast also for weekly stays to be requested at the time of booking and upon payment. On request: possibility of organizing cooking classes, cook, babysitter and extra hours of domestic help. Bicycles available to be paid on the spot.

We are in the heart of Chianti, a few kilometers from Greve in Chianti, with all kinds of shops and the weekly market in the square. All other towns, Panzano in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti and Radda are easily accessible by car. Florence is about 30 minutes away, Siena can be reached by taking the Via Chiantigiana which offers splendid views of the vineyards for which Chianti is famous. San Gimignano is also quickly accessible. There are many wineries on the farms where you can taste the best wines of Tuscany.
