Exteriors and swimming pool
Nestled on a beautiful Umbrian hill, Villa Cerreta is located a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno. The villa offers a beautiful lawn garden of approximately 2,300 m2, well-kept, decorated with flowers, olive trees and various plants. The garden is completely fenced with large hedges and electric gate. In the part of the garden on the same level as the house there is a large loggia equipped for alfresco dining with a view of the surrounding hills, the fenced swimming pool measuring 15x6 with a depth of 2.20 metres, equipped with gazebos with table and chairs, sun loungers, outdoor shower and barbecue. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. Parking is located inside the property.

Interior
The villa is spread over two floors and is tastefully furnished with modern furniture and some period finishes. Electrical and water systems are therefore recently installed. The ground floor opens onto a large living room with dining area and lounge with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, fireplace. This entire area is characterized by splendid sliding French doors that open onto the external porch. Also, on the ground floor we find a bathroom with shower, a bathroom equipped for disabled people, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. From the living room, the staircase on the right leads to the landing on the first floor (right wing): a bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom with shower. From the living room the staircase on the left leads to the landing on the first floor (left wing): a double bedroom with en suite shower bathroom, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with en suite shower bathroom, a double bedroom with en suite shower bathroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. Some bathrooms, in addition to the shower, have a bathtub. Upon request, all bedrooms can be prepared either as doubles or with 2 single beds.

Position
Villa Cerreta is located a few kilometers from Castiglione del Lago, one of the main villages on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, the largest lake in central Italy. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Excellent tranquillity and privacy, particularly suitable for all those who love a holiday of relaxation, nature and sport.

Services
The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (with weekly change), consumption of water, gas (but not heating), 300 kWh of electricity consumption (beyond this limit consumption there will be an extra cost to be paid according to consumption), wi-fi internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, there is the possibility of domestic help and private chef.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/10. Pets allowed against payment of 100 euros/week.

Activities and Distances
We are in Castiglione del Lago, which stands on a small promontory, located on the shore of Lake Trasimeno, surrounded by the green hills; its position makes it an almost obligatory passage between Umbria and Tuscany. Born as a fishing village, it is a combination of nature, art and folklore that offers a thousand-year-old artistic and architectural heritage. The medieval fortress offers a 360 degree panoramic view of Trasimeno and the surrounding hills. The lakeside of Castiglione del Lago offers numerous activities to spend your free time, while the surrounding hills invite to trekking routes to admire Trasimeno in all its beauty. The various ferries allow you to visit the islands of the lake and its treasures. In Castiglione del Lago it is also possible to get to know wines from the “Colli del Trasimeno” wine route through free tastings and by participating in the “Trasimeno Wine-Tour” with visits to the cellars.
Nearby it is interesting to visit Passignano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Tuoro sul Trasimeno, Umbertide and Lisciano Niccone.
