Exteriors and swimming pool
All around the farmhouse there is a wide, very well-kept garden of approximately 5,000 m2; on the rear side of the garden there is the in-ground swimming pool, rectangular in shape and measuring 14x4 metres with a depth of 1.40 metres. The paved solarium area develops all around it, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, 1 umbrella, outdoor shower and refreshing shade provided by the large garden full of flower bushes and various species of trees including pines, firs and fruit trees. Here is also a lovely gazebo equipped with a table and four chairs perfect to enjoy a breakfast overlooking the pool. In a frontal position, near the kitchen on the ground floor, there is a large gazebo equipped for the entire group to enjoy alfresco dinners complete of a portable barbecue. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. A charming avenue of cypresses and pines leads to the property with private parking.

Interiors
The farmhouse of approximately 300 m2, entirely made of stone and brick, has been renovated preserving the rustic Tuscan taste of the past, but enriched with modern finishes. Consisting of two residential units, it is spread over two floors and is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and independent entrances to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests. The first unit opens on the ground floor onto a fully equipped kitchen (an electric oven, 5-burner hob, fridge with freezer and dishwasher), a dining room able to accommodate the whole group with a decorative fireplace, a double bedroom with brick vaulted ceiling, a bathroom with shower (without bidet).
Going up an internal staircase (17 steps) we access the first floor characterized by a bedroom with two joinable single beds, a spacious double bedroom with two panoramic windows, a comfortable walk-in closet and a private bathroom with shower, a shower bathroom. Climbing an external staircase (16 steps) we find a panoramic terrace and from here we access the second unit which opens onto a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV and decorative fireplace, connected to a lovely reading room around which we find a bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a two single beds room (they can be joined), which share a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor of the farmhouse, in a separate room there is a laundry equipped with washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron.

Position
Fattoria Belvedere alle Vigne is immersed in the Tuscan countryside among rolling hills of woods, vineyards and olive groves and stands on the hill that separates the Valdichiana area from the Ombrone Valley. An ideal place for relaxing walks to reconnect with nature. Excellent tranquility and privacy. Services
The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas, electricity (but not air conditioning), wi-fi internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, there is the possibility of domestic help, a private chef and the organization of cooking courses.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. On the first floor of the second unit there is a private room (to the left of the living room). Access to the farmhouse via 240 meters of unpaved road.
Check in time between 4pm and 8pm.

La Fattoria Belvedere alle Vigne est située sur la commune de Sinalunga (Sienne), dans le quartier d'Amorosa, réputé pour son village historique auquel elle était autrefois intimement liée. Elle faisait en effet partie des fermes du système agricole qui s'articulait autour du village.
Ce village, bâti au Moyen Âge sur des terres déjà habitées par les Étrusques, est mentionné plus tard dans une célèbre fresque du XIVe siècle, datant de l'époque romaine, commémorant la victoire siennoise à la bataille du Val di Chiana.

La ferme s'étend aujourd'hui sur environ 60 hectares, répartis entre vignes de Sangiovese, terres arables et bois, où vous pourrez profiter de magnifiques promenades au coucher du soleil et admirer le travail des vignerons et les vendanges. Le centre historique de Sinalunga, tout proche, se caractérise par un dédale de ruelles et de bâtiments d'intérêt artistique et culturel. Il est entouré de petits villages tels que Scrofiano, Farnetella, Rigomagno, Guazzino et Bettolle. Ces villages, sillonnés de sentiers variés, sont parfaits pour la randonnée, le cyclisme ou itinerances à cheval. Ils offrent des paysages à couper le souffle et une détente absolue avant de savourer un rafraîchissement dans les nombreux restaurants et trattorias de qualité de la région. Toute la Valdichiana, et Sinalunga en particulier, peut être considérée comme le berceau de la race bovine « Chianina », utilisée pour produire l'inimitable et mondialement connue « Bistecca alla Fiorentina ».
