Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The fully fenced property surrounds the farmhouse and features a garden with a relaxation area. Here, you will find the figure-eight-shaped natural "bio-design" pool (measuring 10x5 meters with a depth of 1.4 meters), which includes a hydromassage area. The pool area is equipped with six sun loungers, two deckchairs, three large umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a shaded seating area with a table and chairs. Attached to the farmhouse is a shaded veranda with a table seating ten, ideal for alfresco breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Parking is also located within the fenced area and can accommodate 4 to 5 cars. A portable barbecue completes the outdoor amenities. All outdoor areas are well-maintained and cared for.

Interior
The farmhouse has been recently renovated while preserving its original charm. The exterior stone and brick walls and the wooden roof beams have been retained to maintain the characteristics typical of traditional rural architecture. All electrical and plumbing systems are new.
The ground floor opens into a spacious area featuring a living room with satellite TV, a (decorative) fireplace, a round table with armchairs, and a wood-burning stove. The adjoining room houses the fully equipped kitchen, which offers direct access to the outdoor veranda; the kitchen also serves as the indoor dining area for all guests. Also on this floor is a half-bathroom (sink and toilet) that doubles as a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine.
An internal staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. Here, a hallway provides access to three double bedrooms: one with double bed (160x200), air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower; one with double bed (170x200), air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower; and one with double bed (170x200) plus an extra bed (80x200 cm), air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower.
A staircase from the hallway leads to the second floor, which houses the fourth double bedroom (170x210 bed) featuring an additional single bed (80x200) with air conditioning, a balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower.
Each bathroom is finished in marble and equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Location
Casale Ca’ 18 is located in the open countryside between Lucignano and Monte San Savino. The area offers great tranquility; although the farmhouse is not isolated, privacy is absolute. The property is ideal for those who love a holiday dedicated to relaxation, nature, and the good living.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from April 1st to October 30th. The rented portion of the farmhouse is completely independent, and the large fenced garden is entirely private. Small size pets are accepted upon request.

The price includes the supply of bath, bed, and kitchen linens as well as pool towels (changed weekly); consumption of water, electricity (excluding air conditioning, which is charged upon consumption), and gas; as well as internet access. Upon request are available housekeeping, grocery shopping services, a private chef for lunches and dinners, cooking classes, and babysitting services.

We are located in the heart of the Sienese-Aretine countryside, just a few kilometers from Lucignano, which offers supermarkets and a wide variety of shops. Nearby towns include Monte San Savino, Sinalunga, and Foiano della Chiana, while Siena and Arezzo are easily accessible by car. Thanks to this location, the surrounding area offers numerous activities, including nature reserves, castles, and opportunities to visit and enjoy tastings at local farms and wineries.
