Farmhouse with a private pool accommodating 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large terrace, and a porch furnished with a table and chairs for the entire group. A wood-burning oven, a brick barbecue, heating, Wi-Fi, a baby bed, and a high chair are also available. Private parking is available on the property.

Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large, partially fenced garden of approximately 1,600 square meters. A gate in front of the farmhouse's main entrance leads to the kidney-shaped, in-ground swimming pool, measuring 7x5 meters and 1.40 meters deep. The fully fenced solarium area is surrounded by a large gazebo and fruit trees providing shade, along with loungers and an outdoor shower. Here, immersed in nature and offering complete privacy, guests can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. On one side of the farmhouse is a large porch equipped with a table and chairs for the entire group and a wood-burning oven, while on the other side is a brick barbecue and ping pong table. Furthermore, on the first floor is a loggia overlooking the pool and countryside, and at the back of the farmhouse is a terrace (27 sq m) equipped with a beach umbrella, table, and chairs for the entire group. Both the loggia and terrace are accessible via two external staircases (15 steps). All outdoor areas are well-maintained and well-kept. A gate that is always open provides access to the property, where private parking is available.

Interior
The farmhouse (approximately 185 square meters), renovated while preserving its rustic charm, is spread over the first floor and features two entrances via two external staircases to offer guests greater independence, as well as fans in all bedrooms. It opens onto a spacious living room with sofas, a TV, and a fireplace, connected to the dining room, which can accommodate the entire group, and to the kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, a four-burner stovetop, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The house includes four double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one is a walk-in shower), a living room with a fireplace, sink, and washing machine, and access, via two steps, to the furnished terrace at the back of the farmhouse. From here, 15 steps lead to the garden area with a brick barbecue and ping-pong table. Simple, rustic furnishings.

Casale Basilico is nestled in the countryside, surrounded by wide valleys of arable land that immediately exude peace and tranquility. We are located in the western part of the province of Siena, in a hilly area overlooking the Val di Cecina, a short distance from Monteguidi, a small medieval village perfect for those who love authentic landscapes and a family-friendly vacation. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful panorama, making it an ideal place for relaxing walks. The farmhouse is located approximately 2 kilometers from the nearest house.

The farmhouse is equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating, complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms, a baby cot, and a high chair.

The price includes bath, bed, and kitchen linens, pool towels (changed weekly), water, gas (but not heating), electricity, Wi-Fi, a high chair, and a baby cot. A private chef and cooking classes are available upon request.

Important Information
The pool is open from May 1 to September 30. Access to the villa is via a 4 km unpaved road, some of which is slightly uphill. Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM (a surcharge of €50 applies for arrivals between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM). Any arrival outside the 4:00 PM–9:00 PM window must be arranged in advance.

Casale Basilico is located 5 km from the small village of Monteguidi and 18 km from Radicondoli, in an excellent panoramic position about 40 km from Siena. Monteguidi is a small medieval village perched on a hill, where you can experience the authentic Tuscan atmosphere. Its small center is characterized by quiet alleys, panoramic views, and stone buildings. The area is perfect for those who love nature walks: there are trails that start directly from the village, through forests of holm oaks, oaks, and olive groves. From here, you can visit wonderful villages and landscapes less than an hour away, such as Belforte, Casole D’Elsa, Montieri, Monte Cornate, Colle Val D’Elsa, San Galgano, as well as cities throughout Tuscany.
