A beautiful, partially fenced-in garden of about 1000 m2, well-kept and equipped, extends around the house. On the lawn next to the villa is the partially sunken swimming pool, which measures 9x4 with a depth of 1.35 meters, at the exclusive use of the guests. Around the pool there is a solarium area with 2 umbrellas, sunbeds and outdoor shower. In one side of the lawn guests will find the built-in barbecue, a table tennis and a volleyball net. At guests' disposal a beautiful panoramic and equipped terrace equipped with a table for pleasant outdoor dinners. Parking is located in the property.
Interior
The villa is on a single ground floor, where guests will find a large living room with fireplace and dining area with direct access to the furnished terrace for outdoor dining, a very well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, one with an extra single bed, and each with bathroom with shower. The whole house is equipped with underfloor air conditioning and mosquito nets. Under the loggia there is an external laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and bathroom with shower.
Position
The villa is located on the hills overlooking the Versilia plain, known for its coast full of famous bathing establishments and famous centers such as Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Torre del Lago (dear to Maestro Puccini), where several summer concerts are held. Located just 3 km from Camaiore, the property enjoys a beautiful view of the valley, the surrounding hills covered with olive trees and woods. The accommodation is a perfect choice for families who want to alternate the countryside and the beaches with tours to the city of Lucca or to other lovely towns in this area of Tuscany.

The price includes a supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (with weekly change), the consumption of water, gas, electricity (but not charging for electric cars, to be paid on the spot), wi-fi internet connection. On request and to be paid for on the spot: possibility of domestic help, cook, cooking lessons.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from the 15th of April to the 30th of October. The villa can be reached via 400 meters of slightly uphill white road. Three times a week, after 6 pm, an employee will come to clean and check the garden and swimming pool. In case of electric vehicles charging, the electricity will be paid on the spot according to the actual consumption. The owner has one cat that roam about on the property.

The property is located near the center of Camaiore, an important center of Versilia. The beaches of Lido di Camaiore are a 15-minute drive away (10 km). The heart of worldliness is easily reachable: Forte dei Marmi, with its famous clubs, shops, restaurants, golf, horse riding schools. Lucca and Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower are both within easy reach.
