The property is surrounded by a large, fence garden with a swimming pool which is partly below ground, 3m by 7 with a depth of 1.3 m, complete with a solar hot water shower. There are also sunbeds, a gazebo with a table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts, a stonework barbecue, a sink and cooking area. Parking within the property.
Interior
On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with cooking area and fireplace, a double sofa bed and direct access to the garden, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds (which can be converted into a double), one bathroom with shower and washing machine. The furniture is simple but complete.
Location
Villino il Campone is in a quiet position, surrounded by woods and not too far from a small town.

The property is on a hill covered in woods overlooking the Val di Chiana valley. The nearest house is about one kilometer away. There area is home to two other Vacavilla properties. The towns of Siena, Arezzo and Cortona and Lake Trasimeno are all easy to reach.
