Cosy villa with an exclusive swimming pool, for up to 6 persons in two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk bed, and two bathrooms with shower. The property has air conditioning, smart TV, internet, heating, a baby bed and a high chair. Outdoors, guests will find a fenced garden, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a panoramic loggia for outdoor dinners. Parking inside the property.

Outdoors and swimming pool
The property boasts a 450 sq. m. garden, which is well-kept and enclosed. The swimming pool is in the lawn in front of the villa, in a quiet position, and measures 7 metres by 3.5 with a depth of 1.4 m. There is a bathing area all around the pool with sunbeds, beach chairs and a hot/cold water shower. Guests will also find a picturesque loggia with a table and chairs for outdoor meals, complete with a portable barbecue. Parking within the property, just outside the house.

Interior
Villetta Marice features characteristic local furniture which creates a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, cured in every detail and complete with all comforts. The ground floor entrance leads to the living room with a sofa, a large smart TV, a dining area, a spacious cooking corner which is well-equipped and has direct outdoor access, plus a washing room with washing machine and dishwasher. The mezzanine floor has one bathroom with shower. On the first floor, guests will find one bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms, plus one bathroom with bunk bed. There is air conditioning in the entire house.

Location
Villetta Marice is in a hilly position, part of a small residential area. The motorway is easy to reach, and you are surrounded by fields. From the house you can see the famous wildlife marshes of Fucecchio, the largest in Europe, and we also suggest taking the “Bird Watching” punt to admire the beautiful flamingos.

Facilities
The villetta has wifi, air conditioning in the entire house, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms, central heating, a baby bed, a high chair, and parking within and outside the property.

Services
The price includes bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen linen along with swimming towels (changed weekly), internet, water, electricity (air conditioning not included), gas, baby bed and high chair. Upon request: organised dinners, hired domestic help.

Villetta Marice is in a hilly area just 5 km from Vinci. The house is not far from the motorway, making it easy to reach the famous art cities of Florence, Lucca, Pisa. The Versilia beaches are also not too far away.
