Villa Santa Virginia is located on the hills of the Elsa valley in Montaione, amongst the hills of the land of Chianti, Volterra and San Gimignano in Tuscany. The area is typically covered by vast woodlands alternating cultivated fields and olive groves. Relaxing views are enjoyed from the Tuscany villa, framed by the cypress trees, the symbol of Tuscany. This accommodation is ideal for groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together or large families who take advantage of the holidays to reunite. Opportunities for cultural excursions are not lacking, famous towns like San Gimignano with its towers or Volterra, the Etruscan town par excellence, are easily reached by car along roads with very little traffic. On the grounds of the villa, there are large areas paved in terracotta floor tiles and stone, interspersed with flower beds and a private swimming pool (7x14, 1.2/2.5 deep)(01/05-10/10) with Jacuzzi area (0.90m deep) sunbeds, umbrella and night lighting. Included in the price: air conditioning, wi fi Internet connection, final cleaning, utilities (water, gas and electricity, but not heating); swimming pool and garden maintenance, 1 mid week maid service (no linens change, for weekly stays). For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning with linen change is included. To be requested at the moment of booking and paid for on location: local cook or chef, catering-service, shopping and delivery service on arrival/during your stay. Car park on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets are allowed upon request. For stays with a pet the amount of the deposit will be Eu 1600.00. Not drinkable water. Check-in: between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. For late arrivals a 40 Euros fee will be applied.
