Villa le Nuvole is a villa rental of recent construction built in Tuscan stone, situated on the Montaione hills in the countryside between Florence and Volterra. It is part of a large property with meadows and woods giving a sense peace and calm. From this raised position a fantastic view of the surrounding valley can be admired. The accommodation is ideal for a family even with children or couples of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday throwing in some excursions to the many small villages which are spread around this part of Tuscany, first and foremost, San Gimignano, but also to Florence and Siena. Panoramic glass sliding doors on all sides face the stone-paved courtyard, part of it with lawns, full of garden furniture with the swimming pool in the centre (8 x 5 with central Jacuzzi, (0.90-1.00m deep)(01/05-10/10).
Included in the price: central heating, air conditioning, wi fi Internet connection, final cleaning, utilities (water, gas and electricity); swimming pool and garden maintenance. For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning with linen change is included. To be requested at the moment of booking and paid for on location: baby bed, highchair, local cook or chef, catering-service, shopping and delivery service on arrival/during your stay. Car park on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets are allowed upon request. For stays with a pet the amount of the deposit will be Eu 1000.00. Not drinkable water. Check-in: between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. For late arrivals a 40 Euros fee will be applied. The customer is required to pay both the security deposit and any extra costs in advance by credit card.
