Outdoors and swimming pool
Villa la Topaia is located in a very quiet position with a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and hills. The garden of the villa, at the exclusive use of guests, is characterized by a large space, partly lawned, with 5 furnished gazebos for pleasant moments of relaxation. Loggia equipped for outdoor lunches. A few meters from the house is the private swimming pool, measuring 12x6 with a depth of 1.4 metres, surrounded by a stone paved surface, and equipped with sun loungers and shower, a small bar, brick barbecue and table tennis. Adjacent is the owners' house. Parking on the property.
Interior
The interiors are comfortable and reflect the rustic Tuscan style. On the ground floor there is a small living room with satellite TV and dining area, a small reading room, a spacious and very well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with washing machine and dryer. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, consisting of 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, 1 suite with double bed, small kitchen corner, sofa and bathroom with shower. Going up the second floor we find 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, 1 suite with double bed and single additional bed, small kitchen corner and bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.

Villa la Topaia is located in a quiet, hilly position with a beautiful view of the woods and surrounding countryside.

Services
The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly), pool towels, internet connection, consumption of water, electricity (but not air conditioning) and gas (but not heating), baby bed and high chair. Upon request, midweek linen change, chef and domestic.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. The owners who cultivate the farm live adjacent to the villa.
