The authentic, 19th-century furniture, the decorations, frescoes, the original wide-vaulted ceilings give the villa accommodation a certain elegance and goes back in time. Externally, leading from the kitchen and the living room, guests have a large paved garden with a loggia equipped for outdoor meals with a splendid view over vineyards and the hills reaching right up to the wonderful town of Volterra. From here, using a small brick staircase, you go down to the garden below where, located in a panoramic position, there is the swimming pool (12x4, 1.3m deep)(02/05-15/10) with Jacuzzi area and solarium area equipped with sunbeds. The holiday villa has central heating, air conditioning and wi-fi Internet connection. Included in the rate: welcome aperitif. To be requested and paid for on location are a chef, cookery courses, food-and-wine tours, guided tours, direct sales of local products. Car park on the property.

LOCATION: 300 m Fabbrica (grocery shops, bar, bank, chemist ), 7 km Peccioli (all kinds of shops), 25 km Volterra, 35 km San Gimignano, 50 km Pisa, 52 km Lucca, 77 km Florence and Siena.
