Everywhere there are vineyards which, in October, are tinted with numerous shades of red blending into yellow, bliss for photographers. Tall cypress trees stretch high up against the sky and woods are interspersed with olive groves . A fascinating landscape, idyllic and relaxing at the same time. Its central position makes it possible to reach the most important cities, Florence and Siena to start with, but also all the other ancient villages in the whereabouts. The restoration work on the house did not eliminate its ancient features but added those elements necessary for a comfortable holiday. The terraced land, bordered with rubble stone walls and beautiful rosemary bushes includes a lawn with the swimming pool (10x5)(15/05-30/09) and furnished with garden furniture. The accommodation has wi-fi Internet connection, air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, alarm system with perimeter cameras. Compulsory 15 hours of domestic help included in the price. Car park on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must be between 4.00pm and 7.00pm (arrivals after 8.00pm are charged a supplement of €50. Arrivals after 10.00pm are charged a supplement of €100). Prior arrangements must be made for any arrivals which are different from these times. Children under 12 years old are not accepted, nor are pets accepted due to allergies.
