Property features:

Sissi al Mare is a refined modern house, 190 sq. m. for up to 6 people, with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, boasting a large fenced garden. The house is elegantly furnished and maintains the typical feeling of the seaside villas of the area. The ample spaces make it ideal for groups of friends and for families.

External Area
The 150 sq. m. garden is on both sides of the house, completely fenced, and includes parking accessible via a gate. The garden has various relaxing areas, a barbecue, a gazebo with a table perfect for outdoor breakfasts, a ground floor furnished terrace which can be reached both from the living room and from outdoors. There is a laundry room which is separate from the main house, with a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.

Four steps lead from the garden to the house, which has two floors. The main entrance on the raised ground floor leads to a large dining/living room with sofas, satellite TV and a piano. This floor also has a furnished terrace, a well equipped kitchen with its own door leading to the garden, and a bathroom with shower. A wide staircase brings us from the living room to the first floor which has two double bedrooms (one with balcony), one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub.

The house is in the residential area called Marina di Pietrasanta, not far from the sea, on a quiet, calm, small one-way street. The surrounding houses are similar to Sissi al Mare and are almost exclusively used as summer holiday homes.

Sissi al Mare has Wi-Fi, parking on the property, fenced garden and windows.

The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen including bathrobes (all with weekly change), internet, gas, electricity and water consumptions, four bicycles. Upon request and to be paid for on location are: dinners, hired help and babysitter.

Activities and Distances
Marina di Pietrasanta is in the heart of Versilia, close to Pietrasanta, a town famous for having many artists’ studies thanks to the white marble in the area. The town frequently hosts exhibitions and other cultural events. Forte dei Marmi is also nearby, famous for its luxurious boutiques. The weekly market is not to be missed, and we also recommend visiting the marble quarry where Michelangelo chose the block from which he carved the David. Other excursions can be also done in Lucca and Pisa, as well as Florence which is slightly further away. Shops and supermarkets are 500 m away. Beaches 1.5 km, Forte dei Marmi 7 km, Viareggio 10 km, Pisa 30 km, Lucca 37 km, Cinque Terre 75 km, Firenze 112 km.

Neigbours are not so quiet (dogs barking, parties at night). Due to the very narrow street and the parked vehicles very difficult to drive in on the parklane but for the rest a very accomodated and clean house with everything one needs. One big surplus is the facility of using bikes to go to the beach. Francesco and Daniela were very friendly and very helpfull.
