La Sorgente is one of the few examples of early 1900 lime kilns still existing. This property is in the whereabouts of Rapolano Terme, immersed in a landscape full of striking and gently rolling hills, where the sparse woodlands open onto vast and infinite stretches of wheat fields and pasturelands, changing hues with the seasons. Its strategic position makes it possible to go on daily excursions to famous historic cities and towns of international fame such as Siena, Florence, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Perugia or Assisi. There are 6 hectares of cultivated land with olive groves, orchards and medicinal plants surrounding the house. The guests can also enjoy a large fenced-in garden with a stone barbeque and wood-fired oven where the pool also is (6x12, 1.10-1.15m deep)(01/05-15/10 open from 08.00am to 08.00pm) for their exclusive use. Also available is a maid, chef, baby sitter and cookery courses to be requested at the moment of booking and paid for on location. Internet wi-fi connection available. Baby bed included in the price but must be requested. Car park on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must be between 3.00pm and 7.00pm (Arrivals after 7.00pm are charged a supplement 100 Euros). Check out by 9.30am. If the rubbish, which is to be thrown away in a rubbish container 200m from the house, is not removed and the kitchenette not clean, then guests will be charged 50 euros / booking.
