We rented the villa to accommodate a get together of family and friends from around the world (Canada, UK, South Africa) to celebrate multiple birthdays and just get together after lengthy breaks and it was perfect for this purpose. Despite the language barrier, our host Daniela was very friendly and accommodating. The villa has a lovely private function dining room, which the host uses if you ask her to cook one of her wonderful meals. Access to the property is rough in parts, so take it slow, but the location makes the effort worthwhile, as the views are stunning. The wines produced are very good and can be purchased from Daniela at short notice Do remember the villa is located on a working farm, so you can see first hand the cultivation of the vines and crops. This is not intrusive to your enjoyment, though sometimes flies can be a bit of an irritant. Overall we enjoyed ourselves immensely and recommend - if you are arriving on Saturday, doe remember that shops in the local towns will be closed on Sunday - we had to drive back to Grosseto on Sunday for food and wine supplies.

Danke, wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das sehr gepflegte, saubere Haus ist in einer wunderbaren Landschaft, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab genug Platz für zwei Familien. Auch mit unseren Hunden war es unkompliziert. Der Garten bietet viele schöne Plätze zum Verweilen und Erholen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.........

Dieses Anwesen ist zauberhaft. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für eine Woche (viiiieeeeel zu kurz) hier untergebracht. Die Anreise war super und die „Naturstraße“ ein Erlebnis zwischen den Feldern mit einer tollen Aussicht. Das Haus ist gepflegt und bietet viel Platz und sehr viele Schlafzimmer. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und der Pool lädt zum entspannen mit Weitblick ein. Die Gastgeber stellen selbst Wein und Olivenöl her. Beides kann man direkt bei Ihnen kaufen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren 11 Personen,6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Es war ein Hammer Urlaub.keiner von uns konnte etwas negatives nennen. wir wurden liebevoll empfangen. Das Haus war blitzblank sauber.was bei der Größe wirklich toll ist. Das Haus,Küche,Schwimmbad, Aussenküche und Außenanlage sind perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin wohnt gegenüber,ist jedoch nie im Haus gewesen. Nur wenn Man Fragen hatte war Sie zur Stelle. Privatsphäre ist zu 100% gegeben. Wenn man gerne unter sich sein möchte und eine maleriche Aussicht aus jedem Zimmer geniessen will,dann ist Man hier an der richtigen Adresse. Zum Supermarkt braucht Mann 15 Min. Aber bei einer super Aussicht geht das schnell. Danke für alles.

The winery is lovely. It is the a very big house - the owner was showing it to us for the first time, we got lost. It is the great place if you would like to take a rest from crowded big cities. Around the large garden and the house the only thing you will find is peace and a lot of grape fields! The host is very helpful and is answering your questions immediately. Totally worth it, Tuscany is an amazing region of Italy!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus verfügt über sehr viel Platz, so dass jeder genügend Rückzugsort hat. Es war alles sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben kleinere Probleme sofort behoben.Leider war die Mückenplage zu der Zeit sehr groß, was abends sehr lästig war.Den Wein und das Olivenöl haben wir auch genossen.

I cannot say enough positive things about this villa. We stayed for four nights and hosted a family reunion. Miss Daniella and her daughter, Vanessa, were exception hosts. They prepared an extensive breakfast for us all four days. Additionally, Miss Daniella prepared a fantastic Tuscan dinner for us upon arrival (we had requested this in advance). Her food was delicious and her hospitality was exceptional! Miss Daniella also prepared a lunch for 16 people on one of the days, as we were hosting family from Grosseto this day. Our Italian cousins were raving about the food, location and hospitality! We were also able to purchase some of the wine and olive oil that was made at her farm. This stay, at Miss Daniella's, will be a memory that we will treasure forever!!

Das Haus ist großzügig aussreichend für 10-12 Personen. Die Einrichtung ist nach italienischen Stiel, etwas zum Teil renovierungsbedürftig, ab nocht im guten Zustand. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt, ist auch durch die Eichenbäume erforderlich. Das Umfeld vom Pool und die Liegen - Bar- Dusche usw. ist einfach super. Die Anlage für Naturliebhaber ist sehr gut, fernab wo jedem toristischem Trubel. Die Landwirtschaft vom Hausherrn Wein - Oliven - Rindfleisch wird gut geführt. Die Hausherrin Daniela hat uns an einem Abend herrvorragend italienisch bekocht mit 6 Gänge. Getränke Wein und Wasser inclusiv. Preis auf Nachfrage (Auf jeden Fall preiswerter wie in der Gastronomie). Rund um wir waren mit 11 Personen vor Ort und waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Woche Woche hier! Das Haus ist riesig und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Susi war super, sie hat immer super schnell reagiert und ist super freundlich. Daniela vor Ort war ein absoluter Schatz. Es wurde jeden Tag Müll und Altglas abgeholt und auch der Pool wurde fast täglich gereinigt. Preis-Leistung absolut unschlagbar! Vielen Dank!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we were delighted with our first stay and also with this one. Beautiful place, very nicely furnished and spacious house, lots of possibilities for trips to the surroundings (we recommend coming by car). We were a group of 14 people and had a great stay. We definitely recommend it to everyone!

Buonasera, abbiamo gradevolmente soggiornato presso il Casale Montenero, siamo stati davvero bene. Ottima la pulizia degli ambienti, la disposizione della case in generale e delle camere nel particolare, anche la cucina benissimo dotata di tutti i comfort. Ci tengo a sottolineare la disponibilità, la cortesia e la squisitezza della Sig.ra Daniela, sicuramente torneremo a soggiornare al Casale.Unici due piccoli punti da segnalare, il Camino non tira in maniera ottimale riempiendo la stanza di fumo, purtroppo non lo abbiamo potuto utilizzare. In uno dei bagni c'era una piccola perdita, i doccini avevano un pò di calcare. Ma sono tutte piccole cose che non hanno influito negativamente sulla nostra esperienza.

August 2025Wir waren drei Familien mit Teenagern und Hund für zwei Wochen im Haus. - Haus und Außenanlage sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet - alles sehr sauber- nette Gastgeberin- Tipp: lasst euch von der Gastgeberin unbedingt bekochen!!! Mega tolles Essen und sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis- Anfahrt über die Naturstraße problemlos - sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Montalcino, Castel del Piano, Siena oder den Strand bei GrosettoFazit - wir kommen gerne wieder

• We stayed at the villa late June 2026 as part of a group of eight.The facilities and service were second to none.The hostess and her family were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, they prepared a meal for our arrival that was delicious.To say the villa is remote is an understatement, you will definitely need a car!Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again.10/10• If you want to get away from it all and immerse yourself in glorious Tuscan countryside then this is place to be!You need to plan ahead with your grocery shopping and you’ll need a solid car to handle the dirt tracks but after that you can simply enjoy the fabulously spacious, well-appointed house and grounds. The house is fully equipped, immaculately clean and well maintained. Danielle and her glamorous assistants couldn’t be more helpful if they tried and if your Italian is rusty/non-existent she’s more than happy to communicate with google translate. The grounds and pool are spotless and lush. It was a wrench to leave this place, and I would certainly come again…tomorrow!• The villa is a beautiful house surrounded by excellent adjoining buildings where you can relax and eat. There is a delightful pool and wonderful concierge assistance. Nothing is too much bother for those who look after the house to look after you.• The villa is a delight - spacious, homely and set remotely in the most extraordinarily beautiful Tuscan countryside. It's remote location is such a blessing. The peace and tranquillity are wonderous gifts. The pool area is a dream having spent many glorious days there first seeking the sun and then hiding in the shade when it gets too hot. The villa was a marvellous find - specious, well equipped, and its remote countryside location is a dream.Daniella is incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly and takes everything in her stride. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Thank you so very much. Only one suggestion - having a cast iron fire pit outdoors would have added to the whole experience - sitting around the fire with friends at night with the added bonus of smoke keeping the mosquitoes at bay.• Lovely tradition spacious villa , great pool area with pool room with extra towels , fridge for cold drinks everything you need . Outside eating areas , lots of space only negative would be that it quite remote , but I great place to leave the world behind and relax .• This Villa was a great find. The Villa had everything we needed and very spacious for eight people. The grounds were ample and plenty of room for private space. The pool area was well maintained and a great space for relaxing, swimming and sunbathing. The ground is a working farm, but you would have never known. We were given a private tour of the vineyard, and the wine was really good. You would need car especially for the shopping and/or exploring the area. As a group we all said we will most definitely stay here again.
