The property features internet, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms on the second mezzanine floor, mosquito screens in every bedroom window, and satellite TV.

Outdoors and swimming pool
The farmhouse is in a hilly location with a great view of the surrounding countryside. Guests will find a large, completely fenced garden (around 25,000 sq. m.) which is very well kept with plenty of cypresses, olive trees and oleanders which really make you feel the nature in the valley. The illuminated rectangular swimming pool is in front of the house and is 16 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.4m. Guests can also use the gazebo, the stonework barbecue, external refrigerator, beach umbrellas and comfy sunbeds. The sofas which surround the pool, the outdoor shower and the spacious hammock create a relaxing atmosphere for the entire holiday. The large, covered terrace is perfect for outdoor meals, even with bad weather. Parking within the property.

Interior
The farmhouse has been elegantly restored, is on various levels and features every possible modern comfort. The main entrance on the ground floor leads to the spacious living area with satellite TV, a dining room and a well-equipped cooking area with direct outdoor access, plus a small bathroom. A small cellar with a fridge and storage room with wood-burning oven round up this floor. A staircase leads up to the first floor where guests will find 1 double bedroom with external bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with single sofa bed and bathroom with shower (double basin). A staircase leads to a mezzanine floor with 4 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower, and a washing room (washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board). A staircase leads to the second floor, where guests will find 3 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower. Also internally connected, guests will reach a second mezzanine floor with 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 passageway double bedroom (with air conditioning) attached to 1 single bedroom with French bed (with air conditioning), 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub. Every window has its own mosquito screen.

Location
The farmhouse is on a hill with a great view of the surrounding countryside and of the Arno valley.

The farmhouse has central heating, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms on the second mezzanine floor, Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms, 2 baby beds, 2 highchairs, hairdryer and parking within the property.

Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, electricity up to 200 kW/h per week (extra charged separately, as well as the use of the dryer wich is not included in the rates and always to be paid upon consumption), water and gas (heating not included), 2 highchairs and 2 baby beds. Upon request and to be paid for at the location: organized dinners and hired help.

Important information
Swimming pool available from May 1st to September 30th. The use of the dryer is non included in the rates and will be paid upon consumption.

Activities and distances
The farmhouse is the ideal starting point for discovering the local products of the small hamlets and monasteries in Casentino, like La Verna and Camaldoli, and in the Valdarno area. The property is about an hour’s drive from the cities of Arezzo, Florence and Siena.
3 km Bibbiena (all kinds of shops), 35 km Arezzo, 65 km Florence.
