Outdoors and swimming pool
The property is in stone and pink plaster, dating back to the 18th century, and is just outside a small hamlet. The garden with well-kept grass leads from the house down to the panoramic swimming pool, 5 m by 10 with a depth of 1.5 metres. On one side of the pool there are sunbeds and a large beach umbrella for relaxing. There is a panoramic terrace with living area on the ground floor perfect for enjoying a drink, as well as a spacious outdoor kitchen with sink, outdoor stoves, a fridge, an oven, dishwasher plus a large table where you can dine while enjoying the view of the green woods. The garden also boasts an heated jacuzzi for 4 people (2x2 meters) and a stonework barbecue. The whole outdoor area, with flower bushes, is well kept and has an automatic sprinkler system. Parking within the property.
Interior
The property has been entirely refurbished with great taste. The cotto flooring and wood beams maintain the traditional aspects of the house. The comfortable, well-kept furniture has a rustic charm, with spacious sofas.
Main house
The ground floor has one double bedroom with an extra single bed and mosquito screens, one double bedroom with mosquito screens, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with shower accessible from the outside. Air conditioning in the corridor leading to the bedrooms. The first floor has a living/dining room with fireplace, air conditioning, cooking area and access to the panoramic balcony complete with tables and chairs for dining. The first floor also has outdoor access.
Outbuilding
On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with one single bed, a cooking area, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower.
Location
Casale Fivizzano is in the green hills of Lunigiana, on the outskirts of a small hamlet and therefore not isolated, but still surrounded by beautiful woods with a relaxing view.
Facilities
The property has wifi, air conditioning on the ground floor in the corridor leading to the bedrooms and in the first floor living room of the main house, baby bed, high chair and parking.

The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, gas, water and electricity, air conditioning, baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are hired help, babysitter.
Important information
The swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th. The gardener and the pool cleaner will be at the property, normally early in the morning or at other times to be agreed on, in order to not disturb your stay.

The house is in the heart of Lunigiana, in the north of Tuscany close to the border with Liguria. It’s the perfect starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre area and La Spezia. Fivizzano is nearby, with all kinds of shops.
