Outdoor Areas and Swimming Pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large, well-maintained, and fully fenced garden spanning approximately 2 hectares. A staircase of 20 steps leads to the lower section of the garden, where an above-ground, wood-clad rectangular swimming pool is located, with measures 10x5 meters, 1.30 meters deep, alongside a hot tub with measures 3x1.80 meters, 50 cm deep, (designed for 4 people). The solarium area—encompassing both the wooden decking around the pool and the surrounding garden—is equipped with parasols, sun loungers, and an outdoor solar shower. Large trees provide natural shade, and there is a play area for children featuring a volleyball net, small soccer goals, and a small trampoline. In front of the entrance to the main farmhouse building, there is a spacious portico furnished with tables and chairs for the entire group, as well as an outdoor lounge area. The surrounding garden also includes 3 gazebos—each with two sun loungers—and a paved area equipped with two large parasols and two portable barbecues, all overlooking the swimming pool. The annex is also equipped with tables and chairs for each of the three apartments it contains. All outdoor areas are well-maintained and cared for. Interiors
The entire property (approximately 500 sqm) consists of two separate buildings and has been completely renovated while preserving traditional Tuscan architectural features, such as exposed wooden beams. It is equipped with window screens, ceiling fans, and independent entrances to ensure maximum comfort and autonomy for guests.
The main building (approximately 380 sqm) features a large ground-floor living area with direct access to the outdoors, furnished with a table and chairs for the entire group, sofas, and a wood-burning fireplace with a heating system. There is also a guest bathroom (WC and sink) and a well-equipped professional kitchen with an exit leading to the back of the farmhouse. The ground floor also includes a small lounge with sofas and outdoor access, which serves as a passageway to a double bedroom equipped with satellite TV, a small refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a shower. An internal staircase (20 steps) leads from the living area to the first floor, which houses one double bedroom (with a small refrigerator and private bathroom with a shower) and three separate apartments. Each apartment consists of a living area with satellite TV, a kitchenette (three-burner cooktop, small refrigerator, and pod-based espresso machine), a double bedroom, and a private bathroom with a shower. From this level, there is access to a charming loggia furnished with a small iron table; an external staircase (20 steps) leads down from here to the rear of the farmhouse, where a separate laundry room is located, equipped with a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron. Detached from the main building is the annex (approximately 120 sqm), which is laid out entirely on the ground floor and comprises three apartments. Each apartment includes a living area, satellite TV, a kitchenette (three-burner cooktop, small refrigerator, and pod-based espresso machine), a double bedroom, and a private bathroom with a shower. One of these apartments also features a double sofa bed and direct access to the outdoors.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 10th. For smaller groups, there is the option to book "Casale delle Rose 10." Children may use the hot tub only when accompanied by an adult.
