The house has several paved terraces. One of these terraces is home to the swimming pool with salt depuration system, which is 5 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.5m, with access to a kitchen (with oven, dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer) and one small bathroom. The swimming pool has a large, paved sunbathing area complete with sunbeds and a large table for outdoor breakfasts. Parking within the property.
Interior
The main house is on two floors. The ground floor features a living area with fireplace, a living room with TV and access to a small terrace with table and chairs, a service bathroom. From the living area, two steps lead up to the kitchen and dining room. There is a washing room with outdoor access. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one of which has a safe, one bathroom with shower, and access to a sunbathing terrace.

Location
Casale della Visitazione has been recently restored and is in the countryside whilst not being too isolated, close to a town with restaurants and various services. The house boasts a lovely view.

The house has wifi, central heating, air conditioning in the whole house (except the kitchen), a baby bed, a high chair, mosquito screens in all the bedrooms (except one bedroom in the dependance) and parking within the property.

The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (changed weekly), internet, water, electricity (air conditioning not included), gas (heating not included), high chair, baby bed and welcome basket. Upon request and to be paid for at the property: extra hired help, a cook for dinners, cookery courses and a babysitter.

The swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.
