Casale Banditelle is in a park with a prosperous olive grove in the back, and a large garden with lawns and cypress trees with a great view. The villa boasts a splendid portico which goes along the perimeter of the house for over 200 sq. m., furnished as an outdoor living room with sofas and fireplace, as well as many tables for outdoor meals, one of which also doubles up as a ping pong table! Gas barbecue. The pool is 13 metres by 6.5 with a depth of 0.8-2.2 metres and is in the large garden in front of the portico; solar panels can heat the pool, for all seasons, and there is also an outdoor shower. Covered parking for up to 5 cars is in the property.

Interior
The farmhouse is over 300 years old but has recently been renovated, with great attention to detail and to the furniture, painted and kept by the owner herself, a famous “fine art” artist. The property is on 2 floors plus an attic, internally joined. A large front door leads from the parking to the ground floor portico, where every room has a French door for indoor access. The ground floor has a large open space with an ample, fully-equipped kitchen and satellite TV, the dining room with large windows overlooking the grove, the salon and studio, both with large fireplace, a bathroom with shower (no bidet). On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans, a washing room and a bathroom with shower (no bidet). The attic floor has two more large double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub (no bidet).
In the garden on the edge of the grove there are two small wooden houses, camouflaged in their setting, one with double bedroom and the other with bathroom (no bidet) with a walk-in shower with a large window illuminating the grove.

Location
The villa is just a few minutes from the residential area of Castellina Marittima, an old Etruscan village, in a great panoramic, sunny position with a great view of the surrounding hills, partially up to the coast between Rosignano Marittimo and Cecina.

The farmhouse has WiFi, central heating, barbecue, baby bed, high chair, ceiling fans and the bedrooms and parking in the property.

Services
The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen along with swimming towels (changed weekly), a cleaning service twice a week (to be arranged during your stay), water and gas, electricity, internet, baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are pool warming, hired help, cookery courses, dinners, excursions to the art cities, tastings, mini cruises, fishing, transfers and hires.

Important information
Swimming pool available from May 1st to October 26th. There are no bidets in the bathrooms.

The property is in a great position for visiting the beautiful coastline as well as the inland, perfect for nature and open-air activity lovers. Just a few kilometres away are sand beaches, Etruscan ruins and Elba Island is also near, perfect for a day trip. There are many wine cellars, thermal waters and golf courses in the surrounding area, and Pisa with its international airport is also less than an hour’s drive away.
