Casa Rufolo is a charming house with a rustic feel typical of the peninsula around Sorrento. It boasts a jacuzzi, a garden, a terrace with a panoramic view and can hold up to 6 persons with 2 double bedrooms, a comfy sofa bed and two bathrooms. It’s ideal for small groups of friends or families looking for a relaxing holiday.

External Area
The property is elevated in a sunny and calm position, immersed in countryside with olive and orange trees all around and boasting a breathtaking view. The main outdoor feature is the large terrace with a view of the sea, which includes a Jacuzzi (for 5 people) and a solarium with garden furniture. There is private parking within the property.

Interior
The house is on two floors, you enter from the terrace which brings you to the raised ground floor. Upon entrance, you will find a sunny living room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. An indoor staircase leads to the lower floor (which can also be reached from outdoors) with a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, as well as a bathroom which includes a shower with massaging jets and a washing machine.

Location
Casa Rufolo is well-situated, not far from the centre of Sorrento but still being in a calm, relaxing residential area, full of greenery on the slope leading to the shore.

The house has air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, jacuzzi, water, gas, electricity consumptions and parking. Upon request and to be paid for on arrival are: dinners, a cook, hired help and a baby sitter.

Important Information
Check-in 3-7pm. Jacuzzi available from May 1st to September 30th. The owner’s house is just nearby.

The house is on the Sorrento peninsula, a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute walk from the town centre which has all kinds of shops and restaurants. You can comfortably reach many important centres of the coast, like Positano and Amalfi, by car.
