The house is divided into 2 independent apartments and is ideal for groups of friends who want to spend a holiday together without giving up each their own privacy. Both apartments have central heating, Internet connection, DVD player, comfortable furniture with Tuscan antiques as well. Possibility on request of extra cleaning, cook for lunch and dinner, cooking classes, wine tours. Car park in the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must take place between 3.30 pm and 6.30 pm. From 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm check-in is guaranteed upon a fee of Euro 50. After 8.30 pm check in will not be guaranteed and if carried out the fee will be Euro 100. Check out is strictly at 9.30am. Only small pets are allowed at the added fee of 100 euros per pet per week.Possibility of charging electric cars (cost of electricity to be paid on the spot according to consumption).

(Apartment 2) 1st fl. (with access from an external stairway with characteristic covered terrace): living room with fireplace, well-equipped dining room/kitchen (freezer, oven, dishwasher and small kitchen appliances), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room both with bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room.
