Semi-detached house for 6 guests, 50 meters from the beach. This property is provided with 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed in the living room, 3 bathrooms (one of them being a service bathroom), a complete kitchen (but no dishwasher) and a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea. The house is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, ceiling fans in the whole house, baby bed, high chair. Parking nearby.

Outside area
Located just 50 meters from Mazzeo beach, Casa Incanto is located in a small village of manor houses and an ancient church where you can see a truly unique suspended garden which in 2019 ranked first in a competition organized by Taormina; the plants, well cared by those who live in the building, integrate perfectly into the context and, with their green, create a spectacular and unique color association.
You can enjoy this magical suspended garden directly from the house, but not only: on the top floor, an internal Sicilian marble staircase leads to a spacious terrace of around 70 m2, partly covered by a sunshade, equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, 2 sun loungers, an outdoor sitting area and a sink.
The entire terrace is enriched with green plants and flowers and offers a splendid view of the Mazzeo beach, a large expanse of sand bathed by the crystalline sea. The free parking is located along the seafront, 20 meters from the house, but guests can park in the small square in front of the house to unload their luggage.

Interior
The house (120 m2) has been recently renovated and has a new electrical and water systems. The ground floor is inhabited by the owner's mother. An internal staircase leads to the first floor which opens onto a hallway with, at its right has a large living room with 2 single beds, satellite TV, air conditioning and a small balcony overlooking the small square; on the left there is a double bedroom with air conditioning, a large balcony which overlooks the sea and the ancient church, and a bathroom with tub-shower cubicle covered in blue ceramic. The staircase then leads to the second floor which opens onto a well-equipped kitchenette with a comfortable peninsula with 4 stools. The latter is located in a large living room with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning and access to the outside; on the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Via the staircase, enriched with vases hand-painted by the owner and souvenirs brought from the sea, you access also the top floor with an anteroom where you can find an electric coffee maker and equipment for outdoor breakfasts, a small service bathroom and the spacious terrace with panoramic view that allows you to admire the crystal clear sea.

Position
Casa Incanto is located in Mazzeo, a romantic corner of Sicily, a small hamlet which offers many surprises, a stone's throw from famous places such as Taormina and Letojanni. Its beach is made up of sand and, thanks to its slightly decentralized position, it is perfect for those looking for calm and relax.

Activities and Distances
The accommodation is located in Mazzeo which represents an excellent base for exploring the beauties of eastern Sicily, first of all Taormina which, nestled on the top of Monte Tauro, is a natural terrace overlooking the sea with spectacular views of the Etna volcano. You can start visiting Taormina with an immersion in the shops and narrow streets until Palazzo Corvaja, an historic building that houses the museum of arts and traditions. Worth visiting are the volcano Etna and the Alcantara Gorges, spectacular lava gorges created by the Alcantara river. Along a path surrounded by plants you can admire impressive vertical walls that frame the blue waters of the river. The first symbol of Taormina is the Ancient Greek-Roman Theater still active today as well as Isola Bella, a picturesque and evocative islet that has become a naturalistic museum.
All the most famous locations are easily reachable by car or train (the station, is located just 100 meters from the house): Letojanni, the nearest town, Taormina, Messina, Syracuse, Catania.
Mazzeo: 100 m (groceries, restaurants with home delivery), Letojanni: 1 km (weekly market, groceries and all kinds of shops, post office, bank).
Taormina 7 km, Gole Alcantara 22 km, Messina: 48 km, Catania 52 km (airport), Siracusa 118 km.
