Property for exclusive use
The property Anticopozzo is made up of two typical barns, recently restored with great care and equipped with every comfort, with a total surface of 200 sq.m. with 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms plus a double sofa bed and 4 bathrooms, for a total of 10 people. Perfect for 2 families, it offers common space to stay together, a swimming pool and a terrace with gazebo, plus private areas. Both apartments have central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi Internet connection.

External Area and Swimming Pool
The external area is made up of a 700 sq. m. garden, completely fenced, which surrounds the house on three sides. The private swimming pool is 7 metres by 4 with a depth of 0.8-1.6 metres and is in front of one of the barns. The other barn has a large panoramic terrace with gazebo and a table, chairs, wood oven and stone barbecue for outdoor meals and relaxing moments.
Four parking spaces are in the property.

Interior
Both structures have been carefully restored and are complete with every kind of luxury. The first barn is on two floors: the ground high floor with access from an external stair has a cosy living room, a kitchen with typical fireplace and stone cooking area, fully equipped; 2 bathrooms with shower and a small laundry room with washing machine. Leading down to the lower floor are six steps; here you will find one double bedroom, one twin bedded room (beds can be joined) with outdoor access.
The second barn has a small kitchen, completely equipped, a dining room and an open loft which has a living area with satellite TV, fireplace and double sofa bed. Rounding up the ground floor are a twin bedded room (beds can be joined), one bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine. The first floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Location
Anticopozzo is in a panoramic position overlooking the hills in the Chianti classico area, near the town of Poggibonsi.

Important Information
Swimming pool available from April 1st to October 27th. The house is accessible via a 500m gravel road in good condition. The owner’s house is on the opposite side of this road and is completely independent.

The location is perfect for alternating relaxing days with trips to Tuscany’s most famous cities, like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Volterra, as well as small Chianti towns and villages such as Greve, Radda, Castellina and Gaiole. The property is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, woods, small lakes and paths which are perfect for walks or mountain biking.

    Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen im Anticopozzo in Poggibonsi. Es liegt sehr zentral, um die vielen schönen Städte der Toscana zu besuchen. Die Besitzer sind sehr herzlich.Es sehr gut eingerichtet, und sehr ruhig gelegen.

    Everything was just perfect!!!! Our hosts were the sweetest of all, even bringing us real home made italian pizza one night! The houses were amazing, with everything we needed! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were convenient, the kitchen had everything we needed. Someone came early every morning to clean the pool and pick up our trash bags. The pool was just perfect, and the view to die for. AC was working well and very appreciated with this heat. We will return, no doubt! Grazie mille !

    This place was fantastic, two beautiful little buildings in the Tuscan style. We were a group of 7 and everyone was stunned by how well the units were constructed and decorated. The pool was great even though the water was a bit cool. The kitchens were well stocked with all the utensils needed. We were so excited to discover that there was a wood fired pizza oven with all the peels and equipment needed. one day I made up some dough and we had a pizza party, cooked 8 pizzas. The only suggestion we have is that both units should have wifi as everyone wanted to be online in the morning and at bedtime.

    Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Poggibonsi ! Nicht nur Susi, sondern auch Tiziana waren wundervolle Gastgeber und haben sich sehr bemüht während unseres Urlaubs. Die Ausstattung im Haus war mehr als Komplett, alles hat funktioniert, es war sauber und die Zimmer waren groß und geräumig! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wunderschön - Umringt von Weingärten, Granatapfel- & Olivenbäumen, Pool, toskanischer Bauweise... Ich würde die Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen- für Familien, Gästegruppen, Freunde, etc. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

    What a GEM!!! If you are looking for a place to stay in Tuscany that is not in a big city, this is your place. Tiziana and Ava were absolutely wonderful, providing us with a wonderful evening of wood fired pizzas that were amazing. It truly felt like a home away from home.

    This was the best Airbnb ever! Two beautiful houses, wonderful location and amazing views over the countryside. Everything was just as described. Our landlord was not only lovely, but also a talented hairdresser– we had some nice blow dries before a wedding. Highly recommended!

    We rented both villas and they were FABULOUS! The villa with the pool was wonderful! The pool was cleaned every morning and the sweet owner baked us a cake and gave us a fresh bottle of wine (without a label and it was so delicious). We traveled from NYC with my parents and 1 year old and the villas were perfect! Spacious and they had everything you need from pasta pots to cheese graters. We rented a car so getting to the grocery store was quick and easy. We loved every minute of our stay here! Only bummer was that the villa without the pool didn’t have WiFi. I will definitely stay here again.

    Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per tre settimane nel mese di agosto 2021 e ci siamo trovati benissimo.I fienili sono molto belli e identici alle foto presenti sul sito (cosa non da poco!) e le proprietarie sono delle splendide persone alla mano, sempre disponibili e per nulla invadenti.La sola "pecca" che si può riscontrare è l'assoluta necessità dell'auto per potersi spostare e fare la spesa, ma la tranquillità e la vista sulle splendide colline toscane vale la pena di questo piccolo sacrificio.

    Here is my review.First please know that I was organizing a trip for 10 people from Los Angeles to Italy. It was big task. Susi was invaluable. Every question was answered timely with perfect replies or references. Speaking of references, Susi referred me to a concierge that was equally invaluable. I could not have organized this trip without Susi or the concierge service. They recommended and set up winery tours, two per day for 4 days. They also referred me to a private chef that came to the Villa to cook for 13 people. Chefs Paolo and Dora were the highlight of our vacation.The Villa was as picturesque in person as it was presented online. I was very worried that the airbnb listing was too good to be true, and that once we arrived, I would be disappointed. I was not disappointed. Everything about the villa was as advertised if not better. We used the well-appointed kitchens every morning and evening. We even took a stab at using the Pizza oven. Our dough making that was not up to the task, but the pizza oven worked perfectly.Grazie Mille for everything. We plan on coming back!
