Between the two villas there is a large equipped porch (292 m2) for outdoor dining with breathtaking views of the swimming pool, the garden, Città della Pieve and the surrounding countryside. At guests' disposal an outdoor sitting area, table tennis, barbecue, wood-burning oven, the fenced swimming pool measuring 17x7 with a depth of 2.20 metres, equipped with gazebos, table and chairs, sun loungers, outdoor shower. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. Parking is located inside the property.

Interior
The two villas are furnished with extreme taste with period furniture, valuable objects and modern finishes. All electrical and water systems are recently installed.
In the first complex there are 4 apartments, not communicating with each other, 2 apartments are on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor and are all composed of a kitchenette with dining area and small living room (satellite TV), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. The first floor is accessible via an external staircase.
In the second complex we find 5 apartments, communicating with each other from the inside. 4 apartments are located on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. 3 apartments consist of a living room (satellite TV), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. One apartment has a living room (satellite TV), 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. One apartment has a living room (satellite TV), kitchenette with dining area, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower.
The third complex, the central one, of approximately 300 m2, offers large, fully windowed rooms with large windows located on the ground floor. There is access to a large living room with sofas, satellite TV and stereo system, a large bar counter with relaxation area, sofas and seats, a large, very well-equipped professional and industrial kitchen, followed by access to the large dining room capable of comfortably accommodating 40 people. The large windows surrounding the living rooms and the immense dining room blend perfectly with the external environment and are an ideal setting for organizing weddings or special events even in the colder seasons.

Position
Villa Vera is located in Castiglione del Lago, one of the main villages on the shores of Lake Trasimeno which is located a few kilometers from the villa. Excellent tranquility and privacy, particularly suitable for all those who love a holiday of relaxation, nature and sport.

Services
The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen with weekly change, consumption of water, gas (but not heating), 450 kWh of electricity consumption (beyond this limit consumption will be an extra cost to be paid according to consumption), internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, domestic help and the possibility of a chef.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/10.

We are in Castiglione del Lago, which stands on a small promontory, located on the shore of Lake Trasimeno, surrounded by the green hills; its position makes it an almost obligatory passage between Umbria and Tuscany. Born as a fishing village, it is a combination of nature, art and folklore that offers a thousand-year-old artistic and architectural heritage. The medieval fortress offers a 360 degree panoramic view of Trasimeno and the surrounding hills. The lakeside of Castiglione del Lago offers numerous activities to spend your free time, while the surrounding hills invite to trekking routes to admire Trasimeno in all its beauty. The various ferries allow you to visit the islands of the lake and its treasures. In Castiglione del Lago it is also possible to get to know wines from the “Colli del Trasimeno” wine route through free tastings and by participating in the “Trasimeno Wine-Tour” with visits to the cellars.
Nearby it is interesting to visit Passignano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Tuoro sul Trasimeno, Umbertide, Lisciano Niccone.
