Outdoors and Pool
The villa is nestled in the hilly landscape of Monforte d'Alba and is surrounded by a private garden of over 500 square meters with splendid views of the Langhe vineyards. The outdoor spaces include a furnished panoramic terrace, a large covered veranda ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners, and a covered BBQ area. The heated pool, measuring 12 x 3.60 meters with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.20 meters, is surrounded by a solarium with loungers, umbrellas, relaxation chairs, and a hot-water shower. The property also features dual access, both driveway and pedestrian, and on-site parking.

Interior
The completely independent villa, spread over two levels for a total of approximately 350 square meters, combines the charm of historic architecture with contemporary comfort.
On the ground floor, there is a large double suite with independent access and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower (accessible to disabled guests), as well as a spacious living area consisting of a living room and dining room with large panoramic windows overlooking the terrace and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, kettle, and other appliances. There is also a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, there are two more spacious double suites, both with private bathrooms with showers and large panoramic terraces facing east and west. All bedrooms feature king-size beds. The villa also features an HD TV with access to streaming platforms and satellite channels, full indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi coverage, and a laundry room on the second mezzanine floor with a washer and dryer.

Location
Villa Leolo is located in a quiet, panoramic, and private location on the hills of Monforte d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its vineyards, fine wines, and charming historic villages. The property enjoys splendid views of the surrounding landscape and is an ideal starting point for visiting Barolo, La Morra, and Alba.
There are no adjacent buildings, except for the medieval church of San Giuseppe, located on the opposite side of the access road.

The villa is equipped with indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, mosquito nets, a cot, a high chair, and on-site parking.

The price includes: bed, bath, and kitchen linens, pool towels, internet access, water, electricity, and gas consumption, air conditioning, heating, final cleaning, a cot and high chair, daily bedroom and bathroom tidying, and kitchen cleaning. Upon request, we can organize personalized experiences such as wine tastings, a private chef, Piedmontese cooking classes, truffle hunting, e-bike tours, horseback riding, yoga, and private transfers.

Important Information
The pool is open from May 1 to September 30. An extra bed (suitable for children) is available and is included in the price.

The villa is ideally located for exploring the Langhe and Roero, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its vineyards, medieval castles, historic villages, white truffles, and the great Piedmontese wines.
Nearby are Barolo, home of the eponymous wine; Alba, famous for its International White Truffle Fair; and La Morra, with its spectacular views of the beautiful Piedmont hills.
The area also offers tastings in historic wineries, strolls through the vineyards, bike rides, truffle hunting, and visits to the characteristic villages of the Langhe.
