Outdoor Area and Swimming Pool
Villa il Prato is characterized by a vast (5,000 m2), beautiful, well kept and completely fenced garden and in which the rectangular swimming pool is located, measuring 14x5 with a maximum depth of 1.40 meters, (whose fence prevents access to small children), with umbrellas, gazebos and brick barbecues. The outdoor area, equipped for lunches and dinners, is very nice and very well kept.

Interiors
The ground floor consists of 2 living rooms with satellite TV, dining room and direct access to the garden, large and very well equipped kitchen, 1 double room with en suite bathroom with bathtub, 1 double room with en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower and double sink, 1 double room with en suite bathroom with shower, 2 bathrooms with shower. First floor: 7 double rooms each with en suite bathroom with shower, 1 double room with en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. All rooms have mosquito nets. All bathrooms are provided with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Outdoor laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, washhouse.

Position
Villa il Prato is located in the center of the famous Vignamaggio Winery. The beautiful stone village is located in a flat position with splendid views of the surrounding countryside, just 2.5 km from the beautiful Villa di Vignamaggio, once house of the Gherardini family, now a renowned wine-growing centre of Chianti Classico, just 4 km from Greve in Chianti. The small river “the Greve” passes near the village.

Services
Included in the price cleaning service 3 hours a day, supply of bed linen, bathroom and kitchen with midweek change, pool towels, wi fi internet connection, the consumption of water, gas, electricity, heating and air conditioning. We are in the heart of Chianti, a few kilometers from Greve in Chianti, with all kinds of shops and the weekly market in the square. All other towns, Panzano in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti and Radda are easily accessible by car. Florence is about 30 minutes away, Siena can be reached by taking the Via Chiantigiana which offers splendid views of the vineyards for which Chianti is famous. San Gimignano is also quickly accessible. There are numerous wineries on the farms where you can taste the best wines of Tuscany.
