It is equipped with 6 sun loungers, numerous relaxation chairs, 2 large umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a gazebo with table and chairs. Connected to the barn is a shaded veranda, and nearby is a pergola with a table furnished for outdoor breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. A few steps away is a brick barbecue and a wood-fired oven for preparing delicious pizzas. All outdoor areas are well-maintained and well-kept. The laundry room is located not far from the pool and is equipped with a washing machine and refrigerator. Parking within the property.
Interior
The barn was completely renovated a few years ago, preserving its original charm. The wooden roof beams were retained to preserve the characteristics of period rural buildings. All electrical and plumbing systems are new. Important Information
The swimming pool is open from May 1 to October 30. Access is via a 100-meter dirt road. The owners live in a separate section of the barn, located in the basement, with a private entrance and separate living spaces.
