Farmhouse with exclusive swimming pool made of 9 residential units, suitable for 18 people with 9 double bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. At guests' disposal a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, a sitting room and a service bathroom; outside there is a large fully fenced garden, a stone-made gazebo with wooden table and benches for dining, and a stone-work barbecue. The accommodation is also equipped with ceiling fans, heating, wi-fi internet connection, baby bed, high chair and parking on the property.
Outdoors and Swimming Pool
Nestled on a hill, the farmhouse is immersed in the green countryside, boasting a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Around the house there is a large garden of approximately 10,000 sq.mt, well-kept and enriched with terracotta vases, flowers, bushes and other trees, completely fenced with natural hedges and wire mesh. The property is enriched by 10 hectares of unfenced land where it is possible to take walks among the organic olive grove dedicated to the production of EVO oil and the vineyard used for the production of Vin Santo. Next to the farmhouse, in a panoramic area, there is a beautiful stone-work gazebo, equipped for outdoor meals with wooden table and benches, a stone-work barbecue and a cold water sink. At the back, slightly raised in a quiet position in the midst of the lawned garden, is the in-ground rectangular swimming pool measuring 4x12 with a depth of 1.40 metres. The paved solarium area around it is furnished with 18 sunbeds, 3 large umbrellas, outdoor shower with hot water. The outdoor area is completed by a ping-pong table. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. Two gates lead to the inside of the property where is the private parking.
Interior
The entire farmhouse of approximately 400 sq.mt, made of 9 residential units, is spread over two levels. It has been restored with conservative interventions respecting the traditional Umbrian architecture and is characterized by rustic furnishings typical of the area, resulting in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that ensures every comfort to the guests.
On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to the central body of the farmhouse consisting of a small living room with sofas, a dining room with several tables capable of accommodating the entire group and a wood stove, a very well equipped kitchen with ceiling fan and outdoor access, a service bathroom accessible for the disabled guests and a washing machine.
Compared to the main entrance there are 2 studio apartments on the right side and 1 on the left side with independent access. Adjacent to the entrance, through an internal staircase, we go up to the first floor which opens onto a passage area used as a sitting room: in front there is a first studio apartment, on the right and left side two doors leading onto two galleries with respectively 3 and 2 studio apartments.
Each studio apartment consists of a kitchenette equipped with sink, a small fridge, glasses and cups, a double bedroom (with divisible bed and ceiling fans), private bathroom with shower. Finally, also on the ground floor in a separate wing on the left side of the farmhouse, we find the owner's home (2 people), available for any need and who will take care of the swimming pool cleaning on the days agreed with the guests.
Location
The farmhouse, nestled among the hills in the upper Tiber valley area, is near the center of Città di Castello and strategically located a few kilometers from places of notable historical interest. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view and the place is ideal for relaxing walks. Excellent tranquility and privacy. Important information
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Only small pets are allowed. House suitable for disabled guests.
Services
The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, electricity and gas (but not heating), internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request: chef, domestic help.

Casale Bonavita is located in the municipality of Città di Castello, in a predominantly hilly area full of settlements rich in history and tradition. Great wines are produced in the region and among the most important are Sagrantino di Montefalco and Torgiano near Orvieto. Città di Castello, given its position, has strong historical and cultural links with the neighboring regions of Tuscany, Romagna and Marche. In addition to the city with its bell tower, you can also explore the surrounding area such as the lands of Fontecchio, set in a park of centuries-old plants, the villa and park of Montesca with an English garden.
