Casa Daluma is a portion of a country farmhouse located in the Umbrian hills 600 meters above sea level and near the town of Todi, a typical medieval village with narrow, winding streets that lead into the town square. There are numerous churches and palaces, one for all the Palazzo del Capitano, all of which are worth visiting. There are also many artisans shops, as well as those of carvers and carpenters. If you want to go on longer day trips, you can easily reach Perugia, Assisi and Lake Trasimeno. The Lazio region is not far away and spending a day along the shores Lake Bolsena may be worth doing. The farmhouse has been renovated and divided into 4 apartments, 3 of which are rented together, while the fourth on the ground floor is inhabited by the houseowner. The property is surrounded by the countryside with olive groves, woods and small farm fields. A large outdoor area, part of which is a lawn, surrounds the house and includes, in addition to garden furniture, a beautiful swimming pool (10x5, 1.5m deep) (01/06-30/09) with outdoor shower. The house has central heating and Internet connection to be paid for on location. Simple country style furnishings. Parking on the property. ATTENTION: an apartment on the ground floor is inhabited by the houseowner. The outdoor areas and the swimming pool are at the exclusive use of the guests.
